Junior Business Development Specialist

POS Media is the European leader in shopper marketing. We are offering complex solution of retail products and services that influences shopper behavior – from creative concepts to campaign evaluation. Our mission is to help our clients increase the sales of their products by influencing shopper behavior. We are currently operating in seven European countries, but we are still growing and expanding to more countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth online research and gather insights via calls to inform business decisions, with a focus on expanding into new territories

• Generate reports based on data analysis to aid in decision-making processes for market entry strategies

• Develop persuasive presentations to convey findings and recommendations, particularly regarding the status and opportunities in prospective countries

• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders from various countries as we expand, ensuring a strong understanding of local markets

Requirements:

• A university graduate with a degree in a related field. 2-3 years of work experience in a relevant position

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new challenges

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data

• A fast learner who can stay up-to-date with industry trends
