Contract: Full-time, permanent

We are looking for a Digital Recruitment and Employer Branding Lead. YOU will become a member of the J&J Talent Acquisition Team and will connect with TA leadership and recruiters (global and regional), HR, and Communications leaders to identify and address critical talent attraction needs through our digital platforms. You will be responsible for identifying and developing a partnership to enable technologies/solutions and new channels to meet our talent strategy agenda, such as our Early in Career programs; develop innovative and creative content connected to our Employer Branding Strategy as well as updating the JnJ Careers social media (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) to convey the corporate culture and employee experience; developing and projecting our Employer Branding. You will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition- Global Marketing and Branding.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Manage the relationship with candidates and users, and build creative and innovative content to feed our social network in the JNJ Careers social media according to the specific location needs (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)

  • Lead the development of annual attraction campaigns (lead by regional demands plans) liaising with the regional talent acquisition leads, the global talent engagement team, and communications teams, handling the correspondent budget

  • Tracking the main channels, preparing, and analyzing metrics and indicators.

  • Identify and suggest channels and new ways of interacting with our audience

  • Build, handle, and own a monthly social content calendar to deliver optimized content for each platform

  • Develop and execute creative, quantifiable campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and application

  • Manage performance of our key marketing channels ensuring a strong focus on ROI

  • Strengthen the relationship with our followers and internet users, creating a differentiated customer experience and positioning J&J as an Employer of Choice

  • Own the day-to-day execution of social media strategy on our social channels, including scheduling, posting, and tracking.  

  • Test, learn and provide insights on what’s working and what’s not, and make content recommendations and action learnings in real time

  • Recommend investment level being targeted campaigns

  • Deploy global strategy

  • Partner with the Global Talent Engagement team on initiatives

We would love to hear from YOU if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a preference in Communication, Publicity, and Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience managing social media channels

  • Knowledge of image and audio edition tools

  • Experience with paid media advertisement (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, others);

  • Experience with content creation and strategy

  • Planning and communication skills

  • Ability with storytelling, structure an engaging narrative, and conclude thoughts.

  • Demonstrable experience in developing and effectively implementing regional and local attraction strategies to identify diverse talent pools

  • Proficient level of English spoken and written

  • Strong project management skills – ability to lead project end to end

  • Proven success as a project leadership

  • Proven experience with content and web measurement/ analytics and translating insights into actions

  • Ability to be a strong team player with a drive to create a collaborative, positive, and inclusive work environment
