Our role is CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST. For couple of our clients, we are seeking customer-oriented enthusiasts! It is only up to you which direction you would like to head. We have either customer oriented roles in the field of logistics & order management or more oriented into IT support & complaint handling.

IT SUPPORT & COMPLAINT HANDLING

- Supporting internal colleagues & assistance via phone, mail and user portal

- Taking care of requests in ticketing system

- Providing excellent Internal service

CUSTOMER SERVICE & ORDER MANAGEMENT

- Order Management (verifications, raising and confirmation of orders, send orders to suppliers, check date of the shipments, handling of Letter of credit, invoicing, ...)

- Cooperation with the Operational Logistics Team & other teams

- Support customers with all queries as required

- Acting as a first point of contact for customers

- Handling complaints

- Maintenance of delivery documentation and raising of invoices for financial processing

- Generation and sharing of reports & compliance, export controls, ...

Our expectations:

- experience in customer-oriented role / logistics / order management ...

- fluent English + German / French / Italian/ Spanish / Hungarian / Dutch / Nordics/ Danish or other

- communication skills & active approach

- good knowledge of MS Office (SAP - advantage!)
