We are looking for:

Bar Manager, who will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our youth Hostel.

What we need:

English (good communication level) + other languages are an advantage

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the F&B industry

Orchestrating, coordinating, and supervising operational workflows across the bar

Pleasant manners and communication with guests

Ensuring bar is well-stocked and clean

Maintaining inventory

Appropriately delegating tasks to staff

Collaborating seamlessly across departments

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Independence
