Recruitment Coordinator with GERMAN or FRENCH

We are offering a great opportunity to anyone that is interested or has already an experience in HR a Recruiting. 

Position of recruitment specialist is ideal for anyone who would like to work in an international team and focus on recruiting process across Europe. We are currently hiring for a pharmaceutical company. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Close teamwork with Lead Recruiters on offer creation  
  • Process and resolve complex cases in recruiting  
  • Communication with candidates 
  • Proactively monitor the situation on the labour market 
  • Work and support other team members during projects 
  • Other administrative tasks 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Fluent in English 
  • German or French language (B2 or higher) 
  • Attention to detail 
  • Good communicative skills 
  • A proactive approach to work 
  • Ability to manage and organize own workload and tasks 
  • Previous experience in HR or recruiting is preferable
