Background:
2+ years of experience as a project manager
Experience in B2B and product companies
Knowledge of different PM methodologies, instruments, and frameworks. Ability to adapt and implement different practices to unusual structures
Experience with issue tracking/project Management tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, and YouTrack will be a plus
eCommerce/Marketing experience is not essential but would be an advantage
Critical thinker with the ability to understand complex concepts and translate them into pragmatic workable deliverables
Сommunication skills with the ability to interact with, motivate, influence, and challenge a wide range of stakeholders
Being adaptable and flexible to suit the circumstances, being prepared to work either at a high level or at a detailed level when required
Fluency in English and Russian
