Background:

• 2+ years of experience as a project manager 

• Experience in B2B and product companies

• Knowledge of different PM methodologies, instruments, and frameworks. Ability to adapt and implement different practices to unusual structures

• Experience with issue tracking/project Management tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, and YouTrack will be a plus

• eCommerce/Marketing experience is not essential but would be an advantage

• Critical thinker with the ability to understand complex concepts and translate them into pragmatic workable deliverables

• Сommunication skills with the ability to interact with, motivate, influence, and challenge a wide range of stakeholders

• Being adaptable and flexible to suit the circumstances, being prepared to work either at a high level or at a detailed level when required

• Fluency in English and Russian
