About the Job:
Do you speak advanced Polish? Do you have experience from customer service and are you interested in HR? Do you want to work in multinational environment?

Job tasks:
- Communication with employees and solving HR related queries
- Receive queries via phone, email or chat
- Log contacts into case management system
- Resolve queries by referring to documentation such as frequently asked questions and standard operating procedures
- Escalate queries that cannot be resolved
- Identify gaps in the supporting documentation and cooperate on improvement of processes

Start: asap
Location: Prague 8 and home office/fully remote
Contract for one year with possibility of prolongation.
Working schedule: full time (40 h/w) between 7am - 8 pm, Mon-Sat
