If you are a motor vehicle expert, want to be around cars on a daily basis while working from the comfort of the office, and aren't afraid of the occasional client interaction, this position is for you! You will be responsible for assessing and resolving motor insurance claims in the Polish market.
What will be your role?
Assessing the occurrence of insurance claims, damage and their processing and settlement
Identification and review of insurance coverage
Managing cost estimates and invoicing for clients and providers
Identifying and reviewing insurance coverage in the compliance with contractual obligations
Handling related administration

You might be a perfect fit, if you:
Have good communication skills and a pro-customer attitude
Are meticulous and can work independently
Have Polish at native speaker level and English at least at B1 level
Experience in insurance or customer service is an advantage, as is technical knowledge of motor vehicles, but not a requirement
