I teach vinyasa flow which is rather slow yoga at your own pace. You move as fast as you breathe.
I offer classes at your home which means less time spent in traffic for you.
My experience is with elderly, clients after injury, and basic inflexibility. The class can be made one to one or you can bring along up to two friends.
You will need your own yoga mat.
I have been practicing about 10 years and teaching more than 5. I prepare private yoga classes based on your specific needs and also group classes have always a tendency to build flexibility and strength. There is a continuity from class to the next one but we always bear in mind your current condition so it’s never too easy or difficult for you. I focus on slow flow between poses and exact description of what comes next so you can flow through the class without wondering. There is always time for you to warm up, stretch, build strength and relax. I accept only students who are willing to exercise on their own as the personal practice is the vital part of practicing yoga. Even 10 min a day makes a huge difference.

Hobbies: I enjoy walks in nature and hiking in the mountains. Yoga is my everyday activity. I also learn about Ajurveda and wild herbs to cook with and I am passioned about it. I attend archery classes.
