This is the joy of freediving for me. Not important if you have tried before or not. All levels welcome.
These methods can be used in life situations aswell. concentrate at corect moment and keep your stress in control.
If you do not know how to swimm, I can teach you this also. If you can swimm, but can not swimm crawl, I will teach you.
