The hot water is solved by el. boiler in the bathroom and in the kitchen.

There are many sights and nice places to stop and refreshment options in the area. In Peruc there are grocery stores, gas station, doctor, elementary school. In Hřivčice there is a brick swimming pool and a children's camp. For more shopping you can go to Louny (16 min). It is 32 min drive to the border of Prague 6 and 50 min drive to the centre.
