We offer for long term rent a representative First Republic villa after a complete renovation carried out seven years ago. The villa has three above-ground and one underground floor. The space is suitable for both residential living (possibility of installing a kitchen on each floor) and office space due to the number of rooms and the main entrance to the reception. It is also possible to combine these two purposes (each floor can have a different purpose and is adapted to it). All living rooms are air-conditioned and the house also has an elevator that connects the basement floor to the first floor.
The layout of each floor consists of:
- basement: three separate rooms (two of them have their own access from the corridor), bathroom, separate toilet, room with safe, utility room, archive and entrance to the garden.
- ground floor: main entrance to the hall overlooking the reception room, two separate rooms (bedrooms or offices), one of which has access to the terrace overlooking the garden, toilet
- 1st floor: four rooms - three of them with separate entrance from the hallway, two balconies, one facing the street and the other facing the garden, toilet and bathroom
- 2nd floor: three rooms with entrance from the corridor, bathroom and storage.
A great advantage is also the capacity of parking spaces on the secure plot for up to 10 cars on the outdoor parking + 1 covered garage space. The house also has a small garden and a covered terrace, which can be accessed directly from the house.
Fees (water and garbage collection) are 5 000 CZK. Energy is transferred to the tenant.
