Zone Corporate Affairs Expert

Join us as Zone Corporate Affairs Expert and develop a dynamic career of international exposure, enhancing your skills in corporate affairs, within our company of owners. As Zone Corporate Affairs Expert you will support the processes of the Corporate Affairs function in organizing and taking part to campaigns, activations, events, for our sustainability goals and the impact that we have on the communities we act within.

Your missions: 

  • Design and maintain the processes of the Corporate Affairs function (e.g. campaigns, activations, events) to enable data tracking and auditing for both our Global Responsible Drinking Goals (GRDG) and Commitments to the European Alcohol & Health Forum (EAHF) 
  • Set up and follow up on the data tracking and measurement infrastructure for the above, based on the GRDG/EAHF dashboard
  • Set up strategic cooperation with local Corporate Affairs teams and others where applicable to enable data collection and tracking for the above
  • Be the Single Point Of Contact for the Global Responsible Drinking Goals (GRDG)/Commitments Project
  • Ensure successful audits
  • Set up data research infrastructure for general Corporate Affairs responsibilities to ensure Corporate Affaires Excellence.
  • Due diligence check for Western Europe Zone vendors, cooperation with the compliance department
  • Support the Compliance and Legal Team in the Learning and Development agenda
  • Support the Anti-trust team

What we are looking for: 

  • You have a University degree in Economics or Journalism or International affairs
  • You master English (proficiency level) and have advanced level either of Czech or Dutch or French (advantage)
  • You have 1-2 years of reporting experience 
  • You have ideally change management experience; included process migration Project management experience 
  • A previous experience in Shared Services multi-national work environment is a plus
