WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY IN OUR TEAM


As Volume Management Specialist, you will be liaising between Sales and Supply Chain on products volume forecasting and product allocation management


Your tasks:

• Ensure primary focus on Customers needs, having developed a comprehensive overview of business specifics and business strategy, and applying judgment in volume allocation

• Ensure coordination and documented communication between Sales and Supply chain about forecasting and order block

• Recognize and alert Sales and Supply Chain concerning deviations from plan

• Collect, test, and upload Sales Adjusted Forecast (SAF) utilizing available systems and processes

• Assist Demand Planner to optimize & review forecast

• Communicate levels and make recommendations on volume management

• Allocate and release volumes in line with supply signals & outlook

• Monitor order in flow and release extra volume

• Coordinate allocation adjustments driven by specific sales or supply scenarios

• Master Data maintenance to ensure CVC integrity

• Employ customer-centric approach within organization


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

 

  • Degree from a relevant Faculty or 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Transportation concepts: forecasting, planning, optimization, logistics, delivery performance, carrier negotiation, inventory and S&OP
  • Ability to prepare, report and interpret large sets of data
  • Detailed and decision & results oriented
  • High level of initiative, ownership, and drive
  • Proactive (self-starter)
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Function effectively in a team environment, including virtual environments
  • Strong judgment, including ability to make quality decisions
  • Proficient in MS Excel
