THE ROLE

Accounts Payables’ objective is to process payment documents in a timely, accurate and cost efficient manner in a well-controlled environment. ExxonMobil’s Payable operation works according to the ‘Payable Process Line- Model (PPL- Model)’, which breaks down the overall payable process into industrial- like production process steps. Each process step is assigned to an individual position which is focused on a specific activity.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

•Maintain the Vendor Master File in a controlled environment
•Daily processing of requests in various ERP systems timely and with a minimum error rate
•Ensure compliance with controls standards, internal procedures and country requirements

The Vendor Master Analyst may be responsible for working on several countries within Prague Payables Center scope and in several vendor master databases.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Fluency in English and other language is plus
• Quality orientation
• Communication skills
• Basic Accounting background is an advantage
• Analytical skills capability
• Flexibility to learn different countries specific procedures
• Team Work oriented
• Numeracy
