The VMI Coordinator will be responsible for providing direct support to customers and facilitating transactional activities related to the full order management process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and a high standard of communication to business partners and customers.


Your responsibilities & Your Impact:
  • Develop, implement & improve VMI process
  • Manage VMI tool: control of reception of Inventory Report and management of movements. Standard and promotional orders proposal. Reporting, support any request, check the compliance with sales term conditions, follow transportation setup, go/no go decision to launch deliveries, oversee customer warehouses.
  • Regular interaction/meeting with customers: provide analysis and answer requests
  • Support sales team request/reporting.
  • Liaise with customer service, supply chain, distribution to optimize customer requirements
  • Analysis: product shortage, sales analysis, alert in case of deviation
  • Ensure service level as per customer contract (inventory coverage)
  • Coordinate team members in cooperation with team supervisor to manage whole VMI process


We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
  • University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French & English
  • Technical skills: MS Office, SAP, VMI technology (preferably Datalliance tool)
  • Office skills: Standard office telephone, Email, Outlook
  • Professional skills: Ability to make quick decisions; Perform efficiently and effectively; Deal with multi-source of information *Demonstrate proficiency in written and oral communications.
  • Customer-centric mindset, good problem solving, analytical skills and pro-activity
