We are looking for a highly motivated, collaborative, and proactive person to join our in-house Marketing & Design team and take care of company online portals, such as our website, job and client support portals, our internal systems, and other digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. 

Your challenge

  • You will take an active part in the design process of all our public portals. Create, improve, and use wireframes, style guides, and user flows, and effectively communicate your ideas using any of these methods.
  • You will be responsible for preparing UI deliverables ready for implementation.
  • You will cooperate closely with our developers to make our portals easy to use.
  • You will make sure our company website looks awesome on every device.
  • You will analyze the user experience and come up with ideas on how to attract more relevant visitors, keep them there, and bring them back again.

Is this you?

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a UI or web designer.
  • You have experience with tools like Sketch, Photoshop, UXPin, and InVision.
  • You are familiar with basic front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • You have a sense of ownership and take pride in your performance and its impact on company success.
  • You are open to receiving criticism and improving upon it.
  • You are a team player.
