What the job entails:
- Answering customer questions by email, checking their bookings for accuracy
- Actively handling last minute bookings and answering online chat questions
- Resolving urgent matters over the phone, redirecting clients to appropriate channels
- Flexible, rotating schedule (we operate on a 24 hour schedule)

What we are seeking:
- full English proficiency (C1 - C2)
- optimistic individuals that want to grow professionally, with a built-in can do attitude
- people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail
- effective communication with clients primarily in writing, and over the phone
- people who work effectively as part of a hyper-motived international team, and individually
- ability to navigate through multiple systems (Slack, ticketing and booking software, etc)
- hospitality and/or tourism experience preferred, but not required
