We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Manager for our US client’s new CEE expansion.
Responsibilities will include,
Leading a team of technical support agents
Provide training and mentoring
Handle case escalations
Help to create and drive consistent processes
Work with senior management to analyse trends
We require,
At least three years' experience as a Technical Supervisor or Team Leader
Experience with ERP systems
Excellence in delivering training and development programs
A demonstrable history of Customer Service improvement
Fluency in English and other languages such as German, French, or Czech would be an advantage
Flexibility to travel to the US for training
