Hot Technical Support Specialist with German Needed

What is the job about? 

At this position, you will be solving issues and providing technical support to customers. Cooperating with other departments within the company.

What do you need?

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2) and German (C1/C2).

·      Willing to help customers with a positive attitude.

·      Willingness to work in different shifts – morning & afternoon, incl. weekends, nights

·      Not be apprehensive about multitasking.

·      Be analytical thinking and have strong attention to detail.
