Your new company 

For our client, a well-known international technology company with their SSC based in Prague.

Your new role 

You will be responsible for delivery and support of end-users via ticketing system, live chat and phone calls. You will be also responsible for interaction with customer, processing their information and responding to inquiries. Another responsibilities that you can expect: diagnoses and solution for hardware and software issues, identifying and escalating priority issues etc.

What you'll need to succeed 

We are seeking passionate IT candidates, who are willing to co-operate with others, communicate clearly and accurately. Ideally candidates that have experience in customer service, who are able multitask and able to work under pressure in dynamic environment.

You have to be fluent in English and also Dutch language.
