You will be the first point of contact for the customers. Your main responsibility will be to resolve clients queries over phone calls or via chat and/ or email. Your goal is to provide a high-level of customer service, according to the company standards. You will be cooperating with and escalating cases to a higher level of support representatives when needed.

 

Your profile:


- You are a fluent speaker of both English and Polish

- You have previous working experience as a Technical/ Helpdesk Support or an avid interest in Technology

- You are a reliable team player, have good communication skills and like working with people

- You possess an analytical mindset and are not afraid of solving problems
