Overview:
We are looking for a new colleague who would take over the responsibility for all EMEA Carrier Activities for Mitel Cloud Service. The scope of work involves providing assistance in customer turn up for everything voice-related; which includes managing LNP Orders, New DID Requests, Toll-Free Orders, Directory Listings, and Emergency Services Updates. This person is also responsible for circuit related orders; managing Ethernet orders both new and disconnect as well as pricing out circuits.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit voice-related (LNP, New DID, Toll-Free, Emergency Services, and Directory Listing) Add, Move, Change and Disconnect orders.
- Provide quality assurance and assist on submitting circuit (Ethernet) Add, Move, Change and Disconnect orders.
- Quote and qualify new and add-on locations for Internal Staff and Partners.
- Coordinate new service and activation dates with Internal Staff, Customers and/or Vendors.
- Provide thorough and timely status throughout the entire implementation life cycle in the order tracking system; including communicating Vendor provisioning/install lead times.
- Work with Internal Staff, Vendor and/or Customers on troubleshooting problems with newly installed services.
- Develop effective communication and teamwork with internal Customers and Vendors.
- Assist in the development of operations processes and procedures, along with training programs and documentation.
- Provide thorough and timely status throughout the entire implementation life cycle in the order tracking system; including communicating Vendor provisioning/install lead times.
- Assist on special carrier-related projects.
Requirements:
- Technical background
- Microsoft (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- German or French language
