For our longterm client, international company in pharmacy industry, we are looking for suitable candidate for the role of

"Team leader - event coordination"

The main responsibility is leading, organizating and coordinating the team and making sure that it is performing according to set goals and company´s standards:

- Recruiting and hiring new team members, their initial training and adaptation
- Leading and coaching the team
- Setting the strategy for the team, monitoring KPIs, constatnly improving the performance
- Being responsible for the communication with clients and handling any issues/escalations
- Administration and reporting

The suitable candidate should have:
- Fluent English to business standard (at least C1 level)
- Experience of leading a team of at least 10-15 people
- Experience from international corporation environment, ideally share service center
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels from executive management to individual contributor
- The ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail
- Driven, goal oriented personality, yet with human approach to people
- The ability to excel in a fast paced, constant changing environment
- Time flexibility
