As a Talent Acquisition Partner, YOU will be part of the J&J Talent Acquisition Team Belgium and the Netherlands and will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process. In this role YOU will be in direct touch with your business partners, ensuring we are hiring the best talents into Johnson & Johnson.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

·      Responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process for roles within Johnson & Johnson in Belgium and the Netherlands – primarily for operations roles

·      Development of recruitment strategies in cooperation with hiring managers

·      Advice to managers on selection methods, media posting and recommended salaries

·      Leadership of the selection process using different selection methods internal and external

·      Negotiation of contract details and hiring of candidates

·      Close cooperation with Business Stakeholders, colleagues from our HR Business Partner Team and other HR teams

·      Identification of talent trends and self-developments in Talent Acquisition in order to improve our services

·      Collaboration and management of exciting projects, some with cross-functional and cross-country overlap

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

·      Around 1 year of experience within Talent Acquisition/Recruitment/HR

·      Open minded approach, interested in learning and upskilling your skills

·      Fluent Dutch and English spoken and written

·      Excellent communication and organizational skills

·      Attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information

·      Ability to work on several projects simultaneously

·      Strong team and cooperation skills
