Join us as Supervisor for Order Management and Inventory deployment and evolve in logistics with a dynamic and challenging role, supervising a team of 15-20 employees, with 3 direct reports. In such role, you will manage the finished goods and empties flows within the 1st tier network of Belgium, Netherland and Luxemburg in an efficient and optimal, in order to guarantee availability for both internal (production lines, co/repacking) and external customers You will manage the export flows and after having identified risks of business disruption, you will do your best to alleviate these risks and/or escalate. Your missions: 

  • Assure customers are being delivered on time in full from different breweries and 3PL locations across BNL
  • Guide finished goods and empties flows over this supply network that is operating 24/7
  • Co-ordinate a team of approx. 15-20 people of which 3 direct reports 
  • Assure strong performance of the team’s KPI’s through strong routines, guidance and continuous improvement.
  • Be involved in project management to support on ad hoc projects our network-wide logistics improvements such as implementation of new warehouses or innovations.


What we are looking for: 

  • You have Logistics degree or equal through 3-4 years of experience in a logistics environment of an FMCG (logistics, warehousing, transport)
  • You have Strong understanding of Belgian and Dutch customers
  • You Previous leadership experience
  • You master English (advanced level) and speak either French or Dutch as second language
  • You master Microsoft office (Excel & Power Point) 
  • You have ideally previous experience SAP/Warehouse management systems
  • You perform even better under pressure, you love beers and last minute communication challenges
  • You drive changes and get excited at coordinating international teams
