Our client for this project is the world’s leading online marketplace for the vacation rental industry. The successful candidate will lead a team of Digital Tourism Specialists for the Spanish market. On a daily basis you will be responsible for the success of your team’s inbound and outbound, calling and management, of both prospective and existing customers. You will not be required to be on the telephone but you will be required to understand the sales process and provide expert guidance based on your sales experience. You will need to be a professional example for your team and lead them to sales success!

Main Responsibilities

Leading a Spanish-speaking team that:

Sells subscription-based solutions to vacation rental property owners.
Builds long-term business relationships with existing and new customers.
Helps new and existing customers navigate a vacation rental platform online.
Documents contacts with customers and prospects in a CRM system.

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for:

Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives driven by our key health metrics (such as productivity)
Target setting
Colleague development
Conduct interviews with candidates for your team
Schedule planning
Day-to-day running of a sales team
Ensuring full procedural compliance
Ensure the delivery of the hours and performance expectations
Create action plans to ensure delivery of targets
Report directly to senior management

Your Profile

Native level proficiency in the Spanish language and high level of English
2+ years of relevant experience in sales/pre-sales/tele-marketing/lead generation or similar position
Experience leading a team
Positive attitude
Able to balance management expectations and colleague needs
Very strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-centric approach
Ability to work independently, proactively identify complexities, and maintain ownership of issues
Ability to self-direct, as necessary, and make good judgments based on information available
Familiar with or able/willing to quickly learn multiple internal systems
Solid understanding of Internet technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desire to learn & succeed
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated

Full-time employment (12-month contract including a 3-month probationary period)
