In the position of Solution Architect, you will be in charge of designing business-specific solutions so that they can be deployed in the internal pension system to comply with corporate architecture standards. You will participate in the creation of architecture standards, raise IT awareness in the company and bring new technology solutions. 

  • Design of optimal solutions of business requirements in order to effectively use elements of corporate architecture. Creating DSAD documents (Detailed Solution Architecture Design) based on RMD and SAD documents. 
  • Analysis and design of Starpension internal application 
  • Ensuring consistency between business requirements and IT development strategy 
  • Active collaboration with enterprise architect, solution architects and business analysts to address technical constraints, find a compromise between business requirements and a comprehensive IT solution architecture, maximize performance and reduce implementation costs and risks 
  • Identify IT security, business and operational risks and design mitigation measures 
  • Analyze software selection for architectural (and integration) components based on business requirements, guidelines, and security / architecture policies 
  • Supervise test strategy development, test environment requirements and tools, and manage change requirements 

Your ideal profile: 


  • Knowledge of IT trends in Service Oriented Architecture, an overview of new architectural technologies 
  • Knowledge of Progress technology 
  • High level of logical thinking, ability of synthetic and analytical thinking 
  • UML Knowledge 
  • Overview of current trends in database integration, web and IT infrastructure 
  • Ability to understand business processes and the ability to translate these processes into an approved IT architecture 
  • Advanced negotiation skills 
  • Knowledge of Progress OpenEdge, Progress 4GL / ABL 
  • Knowledge of English min. level B2
