Searching for your next career challenge? Ataccama is looking for a Prague-based Social Media Expert to join our global marketing team. Help us re-energize, rethink, strategize, and revolutionize our approach to social network communications.

Your challenge

Take Ataccama social media to the next level and beyond 🚀

  • Increase followers: Recommend and execute on new ways to increase our social media reach on each platform (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Improve our social media visuals and written copy. 
  • Track new trends: Stay up to date on features of various social platforms and figure out the best way for us to make use of them.
  • Strategize: Help us differentiate based on platform and audience. Determine what kind of content to post where—and when—to maximize success.
  • Be responsible: Make sure you plan ahead, track deliverables, and have what you need when you need it (copy, design, etc.) to post on time.
  • Post: Manage all of the daily prep that goes into the perfect post, and handle the actual posting every day.

Analyze and iterate

  • Provide feedback to design and content teams on how to improve posts, what’s working well and what’s falling flat. Help us understand what performs well and why.
  • Track post performance: Advise on when to boost or promote certain posts or content, and report on performance at weekly marketing meetings.

Is this you?

  • You know your stuff. You have experience doing social media for a B2B company (ideally a tech or software company) and have made measurable improvements. You have some short term and longer term ideas about how to improve our social media presence.
  • You have a way with words. Your English is excellent, you love wordplay, and can help us translate our in-person communication style to the digital world.
  • Beauty is in the eye of our followers. You have some experience in graphic design and know what works or doesn’t for social media. Should we use a light or dark background? What about logo placement? You’d be an asset to our in-house design team when it comes to social media visuals.
  • You play well with others. You’re able to communicate effectively with others in the marketing team and company, ask for changes, and ensure you have what you need to post every day and improve performance over time.
  • We're open to a part-time arrangement for the right candidate. If you excel at organizing your time, know how to plan in advance, and are available for at least a 60% contract, we'd love to hear from you.
