With the exponential growth of social media throughout the world, the appetite for Socialbakers solutions has never been more apparent. To keep up with the demand and the growing portfolio of our clients, we are looking for a new team member to join our Prague office.

An SMB Account Manager is responsible for successfully selling and delivering the Socialbakers value proposition to our existing clients within given portfolio and region in SMB sector.

This position requires sales mindset, proactivity and ability to build strong relations with our clients. We also expect you to continuously update your job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, monitoring competitive products and maintaining personal networks.

Ability to legitimately work and live in the Czech Republic is required.

Key Responsibilities
Building, developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting trusted customer relationship
Educating and assisting clients on regular basis so they renew their current agreement with Socialbakers, and derive more value by using more of the current purchased product, and/or another product from the Socialbakers platform
Developing sales by making initial presentation, explaining product and service enhancements and additions, introducing new products and services to clients
Forecasting and tracking key account metrics on regular basis
Working collaboratively with technology and product departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
Bringing your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future

Skills & Qualifications
Native or professional level of English + any Nordic language is a big plus
Experience in selling and delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Experience in a start-up environment is preferred
Strong Social Media knowledge is highly preferred
Strong listening, presentation and negotiation skills
A sharp focus on your goals, tight organizational and time management skills, high level of independence
A powerful work ethic and competitive drive to be the best
Solid experience with MS Office Suite, Google Apps and technical aptitude to master our CRM tool
Street smart, tons of energy, passion, humour, compassion, and enthusiasm
