Job Summary:

Novartis is currently searching for a Service Operations Expert to join the IT operations

Job Purpose:

The Service Operations Expert will contribute to our mission managing operations for systems, tools and applications, ensuring their stability and integrity, while meeting customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review existing and new training materials to ensure easy readability for end user
• Assist with internal course maintenance, ensuring content stays current and ready to be used at any time
• Maintain project documentation and course folders
• Marketing and communicating available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information
• Working with subject matter experts and identifying users need training needs
• Participate in technology early adopter pilots or Proof of Concept groups
• Conduct pilots to ensure materials deliver the expected results
• Working with subject matter experts and identifying users need training needs
• Work collaboratively with other training team members, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to assist with the design and development of learning solutions in the appropriate format including, but not limited to, reference guides, “how-to” tutorial, PowerPoint presentations, trainers note, online learning experiences, and traditional classroom training experiences
• Design and develop end-user learning content using classroom, virtual classroom, eLearning, as appropriate to the technology
• Design supplementary support materials including, quick references user manuals.
• Maintain and align the standards of content creation
• Assist in having EUX participate in the Up for Growth and other Learning LMS COE projects
• Quality check out of the box content for training on off-the-shelf software
• Identifies and analyzes training requirements and processes, to implement a defined approach to support on-going operations and projects
• Deliver according to the project timelines and align with other functional areas in the same project

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor degree (preferred - Computer sciences, Information technology. Alternative - Marketing or Sales background.)
• English: Very good spoken and written
• Additional language preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline
• Proficiency in working /developing SharePoint HTML
• Proficient in the latest Microsoft productivity tools
• Web design, user interface, Graphic design experience a plus
