• Providing customer support in the Russian language over the phone
• Building and maintaining positive and professional customer relationships

You should: 

• Have an advanced level of English (B2) and Russian (C1).
• Communicative, patient, and customer-oriented individual with enthusiasm for technology and problems solving
• Experience in customer support
• Technical background is an advantage
• Be able to start the job on the 1st of May 2021.
