Your new company 

International company providing Assignment Management Services focusing on Relocation and special logistics services is seeking experienced candidates to join their international IT team.

Your new role 

You will have responsibility to manage member of your team (up to 5 people), who are responsible for the professional and timely execution of incoming IT enquiries. Ensuring that all IT tickets are resolved, identifying opportunities for improvement.

You will be also responsible for leadership and management of the team, planning work, providing coaching, participating in hiring process. Managing team goal setting, performance and employee development.

What you'll need to succeed 

We are seeking candidates ideally with University degree in Computer Science or similar, professional qualification in Service Desk Management is desired. Ideally 5 years of experience in similar role. 

Strong communication skills, interpersonal and organisational skill, excellent leadership, ability to set up priorities, time management, meet deadlines. 

Our candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with Cisco, Citrix, MS Office.

Professional level of English is a must.
