Your new company

An international company with its Shared service centre based in Prague is looking for a new colleague to join their IT Team.

Your new role

On this position you will be responsible for supporting company´s IT users in Swedish-speaking countries.

You will act as a central point of contact and be responsible for solving and assisting in incidents and solving requests and issues coming to service desk. You will also cooperate with other support teams.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have min. 1 year experience on similar position

You must have fluent knowledge of Swedish language and communicative level of English

Required is also: ServiceDesk skills, diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities, and practical problem solving skills (be responsible)
