You will be part of an apllication support team as IT Service Desk Analyst. In our team there is great opportuinity for your carrer to grow. You will be an crutial factor that help us to provide the best support for our customers.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Recommendation of solutions and resolution of problems across variety of IT platforms to minimize the impact of IT changes on business  
  • Logging and tracking requests, maintaining history records  
  • Understanding computerized data entry systems and uses of these systems to track activities  
  • Maintaining composure in critical situations  
  • Working closely with other team members and supporting teams in resolving open issues  
  • Daily communication with customers via phone and email 

We require: 

  • English language B2, German language C2 
  • Understanding customer need
  • General communication and analytical problem-solving skills  
  • Experience in customer service will be an advantage
