We are looking for responsible and organized Senior HR Specialist for an international company based in Prague. We are looking for candidates with strong knowledge of UK / Ireland HR regulations and payroll. You will be responsible for implementation and execution of all HR administrative tasks.

monthly payroll administration for UK and Ireland
responsibility for local statutory requirements
preparation and maintenance of all HR related documents
supporting regional HRBP in recruitment administration
responsibility for all administration regarding hiring, leaving and trainings
administration of fleet, health and safety
supporting global projects
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferably in HR or Economics
fluent English
experience in HR from UK/Ireland market, ideally from an international company
very good knowledge of UK HR regulations and payroll
experience in Health/Safety/Fleet process administration
