The worldwide known drink company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Specialist with German who will deal with customer's complaints and questions, provide information about products and services, coordinate and follow up the actions via calls, emails, or customer platforms.

Main responsibilities:

·      Communicate with the company's customers via emails and calls & build relationships with them

·      Answer their questions, provide all information they need

·      Help them with issues

·      Escalate the issues to the manager or subject matter expert if the issue cannot be resolved

·      Participate in the projects to support the various business areas

·      Keep the tracker of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

·      Develop a working knowledge of Sales

·      Propose changes and improvements of Customer Experience (any other) platform

·      Run reports to analyze issues and implement improvements within


·      Relevant experience ideally from FMCG company

·      Perfect German and English (you will use them at your work daily, both languages are required)

·      Knowledge of MS Excel / SAP or SalesForce is a big plus!

·      Interpersonal & communication skills, responsibility & reliability
