Consultant for SAP Implementation – Various seniority levels up to Solution Designer

On behalf of our client (more information in a meeting), I am keen on speaking with Implementation Consultants of various seniority levels, with German, French or Russian language skills and knowledge in the SAP (preferrably HR) area.

The company can accommodate various seniority levels, therefore I will proceed with a more generic job description to provide you with basic information. Where the conversation with our clients takes you depends on your capabilities, skills and experience. Let's have a closer look!

In general, the virtual team is focused on onboarding clients and implementation of SAP solutions for payroll procedures of an international scope, therefore we are talking about:

  • Gathering information from the client, directly on site or in cooperation with other team members, to understand what processes are in place
  • Estimating of benefits and disadvantages of the current systems in-use, evaluating the new proposals and the entire integration procedure
  • Going through various go-live scenarios and defining the methodology of testing
  • Defining and supporting the right UAT approach or other testing depending on the stage of project
  • Keeping yourself updated on the newest SAP product features as well as profound understanding of which direction the client needs to go in the future
  • Designing the connectivity between the specific HCM elements of the client and your company's methodology
  • Making sure that the correct system configurations are in place
  • Foreseeing issues and addressing those in time
  • Communicating with service delivery to arrange trainings for the end users

The roles require the ability to think on your own and work without direct supervision, yet with high quality of work in corporate communication milieu.

Skills necessary to enter the interview process:

  • Good level of English + German or French or Russian language (English always necessary)
  • SAP / Workday / Oracle configuration experience (HRIS data – payroll strongly preferred)
  •  Ability to consult with the client on all levels
  • High sense of responsibility and awareness of deadline importance
