As a Hotel System Quality Specialist, you will foster and ensure the best quality outcomes for our internal and external customers by ensuring accuracy in operational support. You will collaborate with teams across Expedia to drive better quality, lower risks and ensure the best use of Expedia’s resources. You will embody positive change and lead by example. You will source creative solutions by harnessing data and collaborating across the organization and have complete comfort with data ambiguity and ability to multi-task.

The Hotel Systems Quality Specialist will plan, organise and execute quality assurance efforts including proactive case reviews. Analyze data and determine new quality initiatives such as periodic audits to cover risk areas across the organization. Review workflows and account documentation for accuracy and offer workflow enhancements. Systematically provide analysis on pre and post stages of all Projects and demonstrate value by collaborating across teams to drive down errors and enhance revenue.

  • Intermediate level demonstrable Excel knowledge (pivot tables, v-look ups, macros)
  • Exposure to SQL queries
  • Quality Assurance experiences (Root cause analysis)
