Sales-force Administrator

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and pro-active salesforce administrator to support and develop our global business on Pardot and Salesforce CRM. The salesforce administrator will be responsible for managing users, data and system configurations, but also contribute to the further development of our sales and marketing technologies. The position will require you to support international stakeholders located in different countries, across a variety of departments like Marketing, Sales, IT, Development and Management. Therefore it is important that you can work with people at different levels. On the other hand, you love automation, are keen to stay up to date with the latest technologies and enjoy suggesting and implementing improvements that make everyone’s life easier.

A day in the life of a Salesforce Administrator:

o In the morning, you upload the latest batch of leads that we received from an external provider.
o The data that you received had a recurring issue that you think you can resolve in your project to automate the clean-up and upload of this data and start working on that.
o You have set up the profile of a new sales manager and want to provide him with a new functionality that you had proposed last week. You contact Salesforce development team via Skype to discuss how to best test this.
o A sales rep is having an issue with his outlook integration, after some investigation, you discover that he is not the only one and you dig deeper into the matter. After some research, you find out that an upgrade needs to be done to the Outlook plugin, which after a successful upgrade makes all happy.
o You spend some time on the Salesforce AppExchange to find a new tool or solution to optimize our webinar attendance. After analysing some event solutions software, you write a mail to the webinar team to discuss.
o You attend a meeting with the marketing team to understand their ideas to optimize the PPC and Email campaigns. As this will require some development, you update Jira, the project management software to request some extra fields in Pardot.
o Just before leaving for home, you get a call from our head-office in London that one of the reports needs to be updated to the current quarter and include the newly acquired brand as well. You update the underlying report and dashboards and inform the requestor that the reports are now correct for the management meeting tomorrow.

You’ll best fit our requirements with:

o A bachelor's degree in marketing
o 2-5 years of previous salesforce and pardot administration experience
o Strong project management skills
o An overwhelming desire to show initiative and try new things
o Demonstrated business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritise, and articulate highest impact initiatives
o Superior attention to detail
o Proven experience in working with remote users in an international, multi-cultural sales and marketing environment
o Ability to translate non-technical user problems into technical solutions
o A structured and logical approach to business challenges.
o The ability to balance data-driven decisions with logic and creative judgement
o Fluency in English
