Biano is an online furniture marketplace that aims to simplify shopping for furniture and decorations. We have 2000+ partner eshops in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Netherlands, Hungary, Portugal and Brazil. Our vision is to introduce our product to many more countries during 2021 and further.

We are looking for experienced and motivated sales acquisition specialist who would join our Business Development team (8 people) based in Prague. You will be responsible for acquisition, retention and continuous development of partner relationships in Portuguese or Brazil market, where we have been present since December 2020 and our CRM lists 400+ contacts. You will be responsible for given sales targets and look for ways to boost revenue growth.

This is a client-facing role that requires native level fluency in Portuguese language, as well as prior experience with sales (ideally in telesales or e-commerce). You will spend a big part of your time on calls with partners and prospective partners in Portuguese/Brazilian office hours - cold calls don't scare you

Who are we looking for?

  • Person able to acquire new partners and develop their accounts in Portugal/Brazil via cold calls, direct emails, referrals and other communication solutions according to best practices. 
  • Ability to employ sales techniques, including effective questioning and objection handling.
  • Ability to build ongoing relationships with partners and prospects.
  • Colleague with exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts. 
  • Person who knows how to source new leads and is able to use different tools for market research.
  • Native speaker or proficient knowledge of Portuguese is required. Knowledge of Spanish language is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a similar role related to telesales, direct sales or e-commerce as an advantage.
