Hot FX Retention agent with Portuguese

We are a subsidiary of well-established international company in the financial industry. Currently, we are recruiting upbeat, driven, and motivated individuals for the position of Portuguese -Speaking Retention Agent.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication
• Provide customers with the product and service of our company
• Provide solutions according to the customer needs
• Assisting clients with any inquiries

Requirements:

• Native/Fluent Portuguese Speaker
• Knowledge of English (B1)
• Minimum 1 year of experience for retention position - a must
• Dynamic and target oriented
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ambitious and highly self –motivated
