About the Position: 


As a customer service specialist, you will have one of the most important roles in our company, being the link between our passengers and our clients.  

You are in charge to create a link between cultures. 

Our employees’ daily challenge is to satisfy customers with requests regarding after-flight claims, loyalty programs, booking of flight tickets, B2B activities, social media, and related subjects. 


If you are a person who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment, this is your opportunity. 


You will need to enjoy helping others, being naturally outgoing, and committed to improving customers' experience. 

  • Handling bookings via phone, mail and social media channels 
  • React in case of flight disruptions and rebook the passenger on other flights 
  • Ensuring fast and efficient communication with our passengers as chat support 
  • Ensuring that passengers have perfect pre-flight service and perfect after-flight care. 
  • Handling B2B group bookings for travel agencies via phone, mail and specialized software 
  • Providing information to our clients (regarding compensations, additional services e.g.) 


What are we looking for: 


  • Advanced level of German and English language written and spoken (C1) 
  • Willingness to communicate and help customers, willingness to go the extra mile 
  • Professionalism, accuracy, punctuality, responsibility, and team spirit 
  • Previous Experience in Customer Service is a plus, but not necessary
