Wrike has opened a new office in Prague and we're looking for a passionate and hungry Renewals Manager to join our fast growing Customer Success Organization.

 

This role will be focused on the closed-loop process of the subscription renewal. You will assist the Sales and Finance team - you will quote, revise, report and close renewal opportunities. You will act as a key individual contributor on a Sales team that consistently delivers market leading retention rates and more. The team you’ll join is a culmination of individuals who are passionate about customer loyalty and committed to bringing the right people together with the intention of securing and growing our revenue.


Your manager will be Stephanie Birnstiel, Director, Head of EMEA Customer Success & INTL. Renewals


What will you do?


  • Quoting and building the renewal opportunities as well as order forms for the Sales Renewal team
  • Work reactively on cancellation requests
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers when identifying risk
  • Assist the team with closing out opportunities by cross-checking paperwork and data to ensure accuracy in Salesforce CRM
  • Propose and build processes that will aid in automation of the renewal workflow
  • Act as liaison between Finance, Sales and Customers
  • Assisting the Billing team with collections
  • Uncover trends in subscription automation practices that can improve the customer success renewal workflow


What are we looking for?


  • Fluent English is essential, fluency in French is strongly preferred
  • Proven and effective negotiation skills
  • Aptitude for and interest in workflow processes and automation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with a growth mindset
