HPE Renew Program Manager with Turkish

Responsibilities:


  • Sells complex and moderately complex solutions together with account teams based on defined account strategies and plans. A strong collaboration with channel partners and field sales is required as well as selling independently along the HPE GTM.
  • Creates an account strategy and business plan for a portion of volume products to be sold via a B2B online platform
  • Generates, qualifies, and reviews new leads to drive sales opportunities to closure; need to work with partners and HPE field sales to ensure a smooth sales transaction
  • Understands client requirements and competitively positions company solutions to meet the needs to drive a retention strategy
  • Builds targeted sales pipeline and forecasts data-driven sales activities
  • Represents the program and department on local and/or international fairs


Knowledge and Skills:


  • Proficient account management, acquisition, retention, and development skills
  • Proficient understanding of the company's portfolios of products and services
  • Proficient knowledge of IT and/or industry solutions, products, and services to solve business challenges
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing and able to collaborate within an international virtual sales team
  • Depending on the role, may require a hunter approach or strategic farming or relationship selling approach. Proficient knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system or Salesforce system which allows businesses to manage relationships and the data and information associated with them.
  • Established internal and external network for enablement of sales & marketing
  • Turkish and/or a third language would be an advantage (e.g. Greek, Arabic)

Your Strong Plus Points:

Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/ Sales )HPE’s sales training and sales certification2-5 years of relevant sales experienceA third language would be an advantage but not required (e.g. Greek, Arabic)
