As a VIP Manager, you will be our brand ambassador to high net worth clients of our company. Your goal is to keep them happy, engaged and grow their frequency and value of deposits.


* Establish personal relationship with the most valuable assigned VIP clients in Australia

* Review VIP accounts daily to assess the tier level of VIPs and optimize VIP activities

* Provide inter-departmental reports to anticipate future levels of contacts for forward planning of the VIP schedule

* Ensure promotions and retention campaigns customised for VIPs

* Ensure risks and issues are escalated to the Head of VIP

* Monitor and evaluate VIP players to ensure maximum life time value

We are looking for you to demonstrate:

* Excellent understanding of high net worth customer – need and expectation

* A passion for and experience of hosting VIP customers at events

* Personable and engaging communication skills through a variety of medium

* A strong understanding of gaming products and player preferences

* You are a good listener, empathetic and discreet

* You thrive under pressure rising to any challenge presented to you

* Has a strong knowledge of, and passion for, all Gaming products

* A commitment to continuously improving the service offered to high value clients

* You can actively apply gaming knowledge and regulation to benefit the business and your customers

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English - native speaker

* College diploma, preferably in a business-related discipline, or equivalent experience

* 3-5 years of experience in the ecommerce/gaming/forex trading

* Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook..

* Proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse employee group

* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

* Ability to perform under pressure and pay attention to detail

* Ability to understand and meet the needs of a diverse client base

* High customer-focus
