You will be responsible for attracting right-fit candidates to ICON through a variety of recruitment channels and matching them to temporary or permanent positions within the business. Working on tight deadlines that often require high volume sourcing, you will need to be able to prioritise effectively and cooperate with ICON managers to meet demands. By adhering to ICON’s values (Work Together, Be Kind, Make A Difference) and communicating positively, you’ll develop strong relationships with ICON’s clients to gain a better understanding of their recruitment requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Review and update job descriptions
  • Partner with Business Unit Managers, Business Unit Directors and Program Leaders at ICON to determine effective sourcing strategies for ICON clients
  • Proactively search all recruitment channels to build a pipeline of talent
  • Perform initial screening calls and interviews with candidates to qualify them, with a view to moving them through the recruitment funnel to present to hiring managers
  • Schedule interviews for hiring managers, both onsite and remotely
  • Record and update databases

Experience

Your Profile

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, other languages (German,
  • French, Dutch, Spanish) beneficial
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Previous success in a similar role and a desire to succeed
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Able to multi-task, prioritise and plan responsibilities, and keep deadlines
  • Strong sense of job ownership and ability to adapt to support an ever-changing workload and environment
  • Actively demonstrate a positive attitude towards all challenges
  • Keen eye for detail

  • Full-time employment (12-month contract including a 3-month probationary period)
