Our team is working for a leading European energy company. We support them with HR administrative service and payroll, so our client can focus on their core business. Most of your direct colleagues will be from Sweden and The Netherlands, and like to experience life abroad. For many of us, this also means socializing outside of work.

This will be your future role:

As Recruitment Administrator you will interact with candidates, managers and on-site recruiters on a daily basis. Your tasks will include for example:

• screening candidates

• scheduling interviews

• building candidate pipeline

• providing feedback to the candidates

As Recruitment Administrator you play a pivotal role in making sure candidates have a smooth recruitment experience. In addition to your daily activities, you may be asked to take on ad hoc tasks and help with continuous improvement initiatives. You are an essential part of the team and you help foster a supportive and positive work atmosphere.

This is what you already have:

• You enjoy communicating and you are fluent in Dutch

• You have at least basic knowledge of Excel and Word

• You have a good eye for detail

• You like to give customers the best experience possible

• You’re interested in working in recruitment
