Your responsibilities & Your Impact:
  • Remote end to end recruitment process for our pharmaceutical division with all the roles being based in the United Kingdom or Ireland
  • Delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
  • Building and maintaining effective partnerships and relationships with all stakeholders
  • Managing our system technology to ensure data integrity
  • Utilize a variety of direct recruitment methods to source candidate
  • Project work in line with yours as well as TA goals and objectives


We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
  • 3-4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition area - required
  • Native/Fluent English spoken and written – required
  • Previous experience in pharm/medical/health care recruitment is highly desirable
  • Previous experience within in-house recruitment and/or experience with hiring for the United Kingdom is a big plus
  • We are also looking for your strong active sourcing capabilities as well as your relationship and trust building with your hiring managers
