Join us and you’ll be in charge of processing the incoming Real Estate, Loan and Manual Beer contracts, related invoices and tickets on a daily basis according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Our international team of 500 Logistics, HR and Finance specialists are always looking for new ways to refresh and create products, build stronger brands and have a positive impact on consumers and the communities where we live and work.

The role: 

  • Read, understand and maintain owners’ and tenants’ real estate and loan contracts in the system (SAP);
  • Keep process documentation updated as processes evolve;
  • Process related invoices for taxes, utilities and other costs sent by owners/suppliers;
  • Reconcile open owner balances and contact the owners if necessary;
  • Provide good knowledge of InBev’s contract accounting processes, policies, procedures and internal control standards to respective parties and stakeholders;
  • Be available to provide support to team colleagues if requested by management in order to ensure business continuity during heavy workload periods

Who we’re looking for: 

  • Good written and spoken knowledge of English and Dutch;
  • Undergraduate degree preferred in Economics, Business or related fields;
  • 1 year of relevant prior experience is an advantage;
  • Charismatic and dynamic;
  • Excellent communications skills;
  • Ownership and self-driven;
  • Analytical skills and logical thinking.
  • Capability to work independently and within a team
